The Iron Horse and Chef’s Table Wedding. I loved getting to know Jim and Jessica. Their love for Milwaukee and Walker’s Point is contagious, their wedding was unique, and they are genuinely fun people to be around. And their wedding reflected that! It was a beautiful, intimate wedding with their closest friends and family. Their ceremony took place at the Iron Horse (SO beautiful). Lots of cream brick, wood beams, and a beautiful lobby. Not to mention Branded bar and their library. I loved taking their pictures at the Iron Horse!
Jim and Jessica’s reception was at the Chef’s table. It’s not your normal wedding venue but it was perfect for this wedding! For starters, it was by far the best wedding meal I’ve ever had. And as you walk in you’re immediately greeted by a friendly staff including the owner Chef David. The decor is unique, including a chandelier made from silverware, and wow was the table decor beautiful (pictures below)!
Before the reception everyone went downstairs to their speakeasy (yes, a speakeasy). Downstairs, HIDDEN BEHIND A VINTAGE POP MACHINE, was a bar perfect for their cocktail hour. And when it was time for dinner, everyone sat down to enjoy an amazing 5 course meal. And to go with it, Jim brought some home brewed beer to enjoy with dessert. I could keep going, but you just need to see the pictures. I will say that Ian, an gentleman who works at the Chef’s table, is an PROFESSIONAL OPERA SINGER! His gift to the couple was to sing for them! I cannot handle how amazing this wedding was. Thank you Jim and Jessica for letting me be apart of your wedding! I loved all of it!
