A Legend at Brandybrook Wedding. Kevin and Kristin met playing volleyball together! Hearing Kevin tell their story at their reception was the sweetest this as he described wanting to ask her to hang out! And I seriously love it when couples meet doing some kind of sport. I may be biased as that’s how I met my husband, but there’s nothing like sports, sweat, and competition to bring two people together. :)
A few months ago we went down to the Third Ward for their engagement session. We explored the area, ate tacos, and had a great time taking pictures. I genuinely enjoyed getting to know them both! They are fun-loving people who are up for anything. And it was wonderful seeing how they care for one another. You can see their engagement session HERE!
Their ceremony was at St. Luke’s Lutheran Church in Waukesha, WI. They didn’t do a first look, so I LOVED seeing the look on Kevin’s face as Kristin walked down the aisle! So many happy tears! And the smile on Kristin’s face was incredible! It was such an amazing moment to be part of!
After the ceremony we headed to frame park for pictures of Kevin and Kristin. They had time to embrace one another and enjoy each other as we took pictures away from the chaos of the day. From there we headed to The Legend at Brandybrook where we enjoyed cocktail hour, a delicious dinner, toasts, and a night full of dancing! And my goodness, I love dances with a live band! GenerationZ did an awesome job getting the party started! The whole reception was unique to them and I loved seeing the personalization of their decorations. One of my favorites was a blow up volleyball for everyone to sign.
After the cake cutting and a beautiful first dance, we ended the night by going outside for some pictures in front of an incredibly vibrant night sky. It was the best ending to this incredible wedding.
Kevin and Kristin, I’ve loved getting to know you, I’ve been so excited for your wedding, and I hope you enjoyed every moment of it! I wish you well and am excited to see what life brings your way. Congratulations!
